THE FUTURE!! – Casting for CELL: Season 2

// June 1st, 2010 // No Comments » // Casting, CELL

As we continue along the breakneck speed to our season finale July 14th, things just keep getting better.

In response to the positive feedback we’ve gotten (as well as a very motivated team of creators) we’re pushing ahead with some changes to CELL. The first most important change is that we’re going to reshoot the very end of Season 1. There are many reasons for that but most of them are centered around increasing the production quality so that we can increase our chances for funding a full fledged Season 2 of CELL.

We’re very excited to be shooting on RED and we’re hoping to shoot a Season 2 Teaser as well. (Time permitting)

The biggest hurdle we have right now is that we’re going to have to re-cast some parts that were already shot.

So we’re opening up casting for ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY (at this time) for a few characters for Season 2. ¬†You can request more information on the part once you submit your headshot and resume. If you have any current experience with web series then that’s a huge plus.

Katie – Female, 16-18 years old (or can play that age) – athletic, rebellious and opinionated; stage combat experience preferred
Brenda – Female, 40-50 years old – athletic, motivated to succeed at all costs, military background; weapons experience preferred
Greg – Male, 35-45 years old – kind, caring and hopeful
Diana – Female, 35-45 years old – focused on work to the point of neglecting her family
Joan – Female, 30 -45 years old – has the best intentions but often turns them into self-righteousness

We’ll be accepting submissions until June 12, 2010. If you’re interested in being considered for a part, please send your headshot
